Lake Monsters Walk Off with Win
Vermont Lake Monsters starter Mike Brandner was in fine form against the Houston BC at Monster Field, leading his team to a 5-4 win. The win puts the Lake Monsters at 44-50, while the BC drop to 38-56.

Kasper Schuilenberg was the walk-off hero for Vermont. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Lake Monsters catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I felt good up there," said Schuilenberg. "I saw the ball well."
