Tafalla goes 4-for-5 as Rainbow Mermaids Drub Divided
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Eustacio Tafalla, the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids defeated the D.C. Divided, 15-2. Tafalla was 4-5 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4 for the Rainbow Mermaids. Aurelio López got credit for the win, improving to 4-4. He allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 6.1 innings. Northern Virginia, at 22-14, occupies second place in the Premier League.
