Flyers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Coyotes
|
Benefiting from Alan Bryan's productive game, the Pennsauken Flyers downed the Hamilton Coyotes, 7-5. Bryan went 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs for the Flyers. Pennsauken reliever Jeren Kendall got the win, raising his record to 6-1. Noburo Oishi was tagged with the loss. Pennsauken now owns a record of 47-28.
Raúl Francisco's hit in the top of the tenth was a game-changer. With one out, he rapped a fastball from Noburo Oishi for a run-scoring single. It put Pennsauken in front, 6-5.
"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Pennsauken manager Juan Rodríguez.
