Red Pandas Squelch Fog Offense in Shutout Win
Luis Torrez pitched a gem to lead Sioux Falls to a 5-0 victory over the Sunset District Fog. Sioux Falls is now 28-21, Sunset District 33-16.

Sioux Falls used the timely hitting of José Cruz to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put the Red Pandas on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Torrez told the Sioux Falls Daily News.
