Bowties Win at Thunder Bay, 7-4
|
Getting a good performance from third baseman Yu-zeng Si, the Buckhead Bowties defeated the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, 7-4. Si was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Bowties. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Bowties.
The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth when Si, who is the 2nd-best prospect in the Bowties organization, hit a run-scoring double. It propelled the Bowties into the lead, 1-0.
