Samurakami Delivers Walk-Off Win for Lakers
The Echo Park Lakers did just enough to sneak past the Seattle Aviators, 4-3, at Rangers Stadium. Echo Park pitcher Will Hunting earned player of the game honors. Echo Park now sits at 11-17, while Seattle falls to 21-7.

Yoshihito Samurakami tagged a home run off Miguel Cervantes in the bottom of the 11th. His solo blast put the Lakers on top, 4-3. In all, Samurakami had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.
