Nuggets Continue Skid Thanks to Ramos, Middies

Mario Ramos helped his team muscle past the Rocky Mountain Nuggets, 10-5. In the game, the Grafton first baseman went 2-2 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 4 times and driving in 2. Lynwood Matos, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save. Grafton has a 3-game win streak, while Rocky Mountain has lost 5 in a row.
Santiago, Dominican Republic-born Carlos Maldonado came through in the clutch. In the top of the fifth, with the bases loaded and the Middies trailing 5-4, he hit a 2-run single to center to put Grafton on top.
