Billings Second Baseman Nets 3AA Award Monday, June 17th, 2030 So far in his young career, Augustus Driscoll has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Billings Polar Bears second baseman hit at a torrid .429 clip as he collected 6 hits in 14 at-bats, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This season Driscoll is swinging the bat at a .385 rate with 20 hits in 52 at-bats. To date he has hit 2 home runs, scored 11 runs and driven in 8. |
