Season Ends for Manuel Montés of Vermont Tuesday, August 20th, 2030 The season is ending on a bad note for Manuel Montés, reliever for the Vermont Lake Monsters. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Montés was hurt against the Bloomington Longnecks while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn labrum and will be out for at least 9 months. So far this year Montés has nailed down no saves. His won-lost record is 2-1 with a 5.08 ERA. |
