Royse City Ace Wins PAAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Tuesday, October 8th, 2030 The Royse City clubhouse staff referred to him as "the kid" this season. Next year Joe Pruitt will have to have a new nickname. He earned it after winning the 2030 USPL Triple A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Pruitt made 19 starts this year, winning 10 and losing 4. He threw 121 innings, fanned 87, allowed 114 hits and 30 walks, while holding opposing teams to a .251 average as he logged an impressive 2.98 ERA. Paco Manuel of the Salt Lake City Buzz finished second in voting, while Hiro Kurasawa of the Bakersfield Nobles finished third. |
