Men, Núñez Blank Hamilton Friday, July 19th, 2030 Pedro Núñez of the Florida Men spun his magic on the Hamilton Coyotes today. He blanked them 14-0 on 3 hits, registering 6 strikeouts and 3 walks. "The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Núñez said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down." Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, Florida skipper Cristo Martínez said the team "got solid pitching, good defense and took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations." "Pedro pitched really well but this was a solid performance by everyone," he said. So far this year Núñez has made 3 starts, tossed 35 innings, struck out 23 batters and walked 18.
