3L Newcomer of the Year Award Presented Saturday, November 2nd, 2030 Derek Bangert of the Buckhead Bowties made quite a splash on the Menard's Third League scene in 2030 by nabbing the Newcomer of the Year Award. The standout Bowties first baseman took the honor by hitting .274 in 109 games this season and finishing with 113 hits, 20 home runs, 59 RBIs and 60 runs scored. Urs van Munster of the Greenville 84s finished second in voting, while Claudio Tappen of the New Orleans Voodoo finished third. |
