Did Players-Only Meeting Have an Impact? Friday, September 27th, 2030 Dave Stephenson recently held a players-only meeting with members of the Oakland Oaks, to discuss issues on and off the field during their recent struggles. But Stephenson now says he's not so sure if the meeting had any impact. "I mostly talked, some guys listened, some it seemed to roll right off their back. I don't know, I guess we'll see how the rest of the season goes," he said, while still being unwilling to discuss the specifics of what was talked about in the meeting. |
