Echo Park's Dante Down with Injury Friday, August 2nd, 2030 After injuring himself, Lakers center fielder Count Dante headed straight to the hospital. He was removed from the game as a precaution after making a defensive play and the team's worst fears were confirmed when it turned out to be a little more serious. Dante will miss at least 3 weeks with a hamstring strain. Dante is hitting .220 so far this season with 33 RBIs and 32 runs scored. He has 55 hits including 14 home runs, 30 walks and .307 OBP. |
