Outstanding Pitcher Award Winner Announced Monday, September 23rd, 2030 21-year-old Marvin Wasmund of the Columbia River Rats put together a good year in 2030 for such a young player. Wasmund was named today as the winner of the USPL Single A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Wasmund crafted an impressive 9-5 record and a 1.92 ERA. In 117.1 innings he allowed 78 hits, struck out 119, and walked 15. Ryunosuke Kurota of the Hammond Herons finished second in voting, while Randy Gabaldon of the Washington Generals finished third. |
