That was the resounding sentiment in the Bellevue Bruins locker room when they were told they had clinched the Silver A title, for the 2nd time. With a 59-35 record, Bellevue's stars certainly feel like they have a good chance to go all the way. "We've learned a lot under José Vázquez's tutelage this year. He's taught us to never be over-confident, and to play every game like a championship game. I think with him and the team we have, we have a great chance to bring a 1st championship to Bellevue this year," said starting pitcher Kewiki Pua. |
