Mango Blanchard Named 3A's Best Pitcher Sunday, September 1st, 2030 Over the past month Dennis Blanchard has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the M3L Single A. He proved all that and now he's been named August's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Provo Mango posted 4-0 mark and a 2.06 ERA. In 5 starts he tossed 39.1 innings, permitted 30 hits and fanned 49 batters. Over the season Blanchard has thrown 45.2 innings and dished out 59 strikeouts with a 5-0 mark and a 2.17 ERA. |
