It was a fun time at Field of the Middies, where the Ft. Worth Cattlemen and Grafton Middies tangled.
Grafton starter Dave Turner had a strong outing against the Ft. Worth Cattlemen at Field of the Middies. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 3-2 win. The Middies improved to 37-29.
Juan Caro, who is the 3rd-best prospect in the Middies organization, aided the Grafton cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the second. For the game, the center fielder went 2-3 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Caro told the Grafton Herald.
