Lewis Hits 2 home runs in Cattlemen Win

Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Bart Lewis, the Ft. Worth Cattlemen defeated the Grafton Middies, 7-3. Lewis went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Cattlemen. Ft. Worth reliever Jason Horne picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Craig Whitney was saddled with the loss. Ft. Worth is now 15-9, Grafton 12-12.
Ft. Worth took the lead in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Marcos Roa stroked a run-scoring single to make it 4-3, Cattlemen.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Roa. "And not try to do too much."
