Behind a solid performance from first baseman Noah Martone, the South Beach Blaze defeated the Gwinnett County Black Cats, 15-4. Martone was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Blaze. South Beach reliever Leo Ingelbrigtsen picked up the win, upping his record to 6-3. Roy Bell was saddled with the loss. Wessel Rosas, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save.

South Beach took a 3-2 lead on Serious Lee's 85th hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Lee hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Gwinnett County pitcher Roy Bell shaking his head.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said South Beach manager Pedro Ritodíaz.

The Blaze own a robust 63-25 mark.
