Getting an impressive start from Pu-feng Zhou, Mancelona beat Belleville by the score of 4-2. Zhou, now 14-7, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 7, walking 3, and allowing 2 earned runs. Geoffroy Cadaloba was called on to finish, recording his 14th save.
Dave Norton helped out the Mancelona cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the catcher was 1 for 4.
