Cattlemen Raise Rally Flag, Beat Wizarding, 7-6

The Ft. Worth Cattlemen got their 2030 United States Silver League season off to a good start, defeating the Wizarding Express, 7-6. Bart Lewis was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. For his pace-setting performance, he was named player of the game. Asher Spivey locked down his 1st save.
A crucial at-bat came with a runner on 2nd and one out in the bottom of the sixth inning. That's when left fielder Jesús Morales, who is rated as the 9th best prospect by BNN, drew a walk. The Cattlemen went on to win.
"It was a solid team effort," said Lewis after the game.
