Screaming Eagles Rally For Late Win Over Youth
The Screaming Eagles had to overcome a fine effort from Phoenix Hotspur pitcher Masahiro Sakei to grab a narrow 5-4 win at Mercer Island Grounds. Sakei went 8 innings and allowed 4 earned runs. The Screaming Eagles have an impressive 61-37 record.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Mercer Island right fielder Harry Freidricks, facing Derrick Hopkins, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Screaming Eagles the 5-4 win.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Freidricks said after the game.
