The Tacoma Fur Traders went home winners at Mercer Island Grounds, thanks in large part to starter Marco Sledge. Sledge silenced the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles, enabling Tacoma to grab the 6-1 win. Sledge got the win, improving to 7-7. He allowed 7 hits and walked 0 over 8.1 innings.
