Big Day for Ohara as Dogfish Head Down Rocks, 11-9
|
Milton shortstop Munemori Ohara made his presence felt in the 11-9 Dogfish Head triumph over the Plymouth Rocks. Ohara was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times. Milton reliever Octávio Fernández picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Xavier Padilla was saddled with the loss. Anderson O'Mara recorded his 7th save for Milton.
Making an impact for Milton was left fielder Miguel Uribe. He drilled a 2-run single in the top of the fifth. For the game, Uribe was 1 for 4 with a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
