Buzz Get Close Win Over Rocks
In a tight game between the Salt Lake City Buzz and the Plymouth Rocks, pitcher Shotaro Sugahara was terrific on the mound. The Salt Lake City right-hander was named the player of the game in Salt Lake City's 3-1 win. Luis Bejarano earned the save for Salt Lake City, his 1st. Salt Lake City is now 14-9, while Plymouth is 10-13.

Salt Lake City grabbed control in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, Trent Burch delivered a 2-run single, to make it 3-1 in favor of the Buzz.

Sugahara said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
