Voodoo Lose, 4-1, at Detroit Field
|
Detroit Renaissance starter Ryan Bentley was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the New Orleans Voodoo, 4-1. The Renaissance' win now puts them at 59-42.
It could have been a different outcome for Detroit, had it not been for Won-min Yi, the 29-year old third baseman . Yi contributed a 2-run single in the bottom of the third inning to put Detroit up, 2-0.
"This was a good win for us," said Bentley. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."
