Plymouth left fielder Sadakuno Taketo made his presence felt in the 6-5 Rocks triumph over the Milton Dogfish Head. Taketo went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The Dogfish Head fall to 5-7 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2030 season.

Taketo had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 2-1 sinker from Anderson O'Mara, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Rocks a 6-5 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Taketo.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Taketo.
