Fred Gunther of the Gryfindor Braves humiliated the Port Royal Disaster at Cayuse Ballpark today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 4 hits.

"He's got a bunch of different arm angles and his ball was really moving," said Port Royal manager Bobby Robinson, after the game.

Gunther whiffed 7 and walked 4 in the 9-0 win.

"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Gunther said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."

So far this year Gunther has made 11 starts, tossed 81 innings, struck out 66 batters and walked 35. His record is 6-4 with a 3.33 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .212 batting average.
