A 3-RBI performance from Javier Martínez, who is tied for 3rd in the SAAA in hits with 74, helped the Port Royal Disaster beat the Houston BC, 6-4. Port Royal reliever Esteban García was credited with the win, to go to 4-0. Millard Taylor took the loss for Houston. The BC, at 16-41, have lost 12 straight games.

Martínez had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fifth, when he hit a bases-clearing double. The Disaster went on to win.

"It's nice to come out on top today," said Martínez.
