Drummers Come Back Late to Top Braves
It was a good time at Drummers Ballpark, where fans came to watch the Gryfindor Braves and Tortolita Drummers get after it.

Jeb Sexton helped his team muscle past the Gryfindor Braves, 7-3. In the game, the Tortolita designated hitter was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Tortolita reliever Briggs Bourgeois got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Tim Nesheim was tagged with the loss.

Sexton had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a 2-2 fastball from Tim Nesheim, he banged a grand slam home run to left-center, giving the Drummers a 7-3 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Sexton.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said Tortolita manager Arturo Chávez.

The Drummers, now 11-3, have been on fire in the early going.
