|
Getting a good performance from center fielder Sean Godron, the Tortolita Drummers defeated the Port Royal Disaster, 7-2. Godron was 3-5 with 3 singles. He scored 2 times for the Drummers. The win takes Tortolita to 4-2.
In the top of the third, Jeb Sexton hit a run-scoring triple for Tortolita. The 1st triple of the season for the Tortolita designated hitter put the Drummers on top, 1-0.
