Takaki has 4 hit night as Hotspur Reserves Squeeze Past Salt Lake City

Getting a good performance from first baseman Harumi Takaki, the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves defeated the Salt Lake City Buzz, 5-4. Takaki went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Hotspur Reserves. The loss drops Salt Lake City to 0-2.
Takaki had a game-changing double in the top of the seventh. On a 1-2 fastball from Léonard Moreau, he banged a 2-run double to right-center, giving the Hotspur Reserves a 5-4 lead. It was the 1st double of the year for Takaki.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Takaki told the Phoenix Observer.
