Farmers Win in Glorious Fashion
The Irving Blue Sox got a superb performance from pitcher Don Blessing. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Lancaster. The Farmers won the game, 4-3. In spite of the loss, Blessing was named the player of the game. He threw 6 innings of 5-hit ball. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Farmers.

Lancaster took a 4-3 lead on Hou Kong's 1st home run of the season. The solo home run came off Irving pitcher Rich McLean in the bottom of the tenth.

"What an ending!" said a jubilant Kong.
