The Pennsauken Flyers got a good effort from starter Luis Torrez in defeating the Sioux Falls Red Pandas at The Bamboo Forest. The final score was 3-2. Mau Delgado was called on to finish, recording his 4th save. The Flyers improved to 35-51.
Pennsauken took the lead in the top of the sixth. With two out and the bases loaded, Carlos Deleón stroked a run-scoring single to make it 3-2, Flyers.
"We had the game right there for the taking," said Sioux Falls manager Ricardo Martínez. "But we decided not to take it."
