Fighting Dachsunds Bang Out 8-2 Win Versus Pennsauken
|
Ellenburg right-hander Severiano Duclos pitched his team to victory over the Pennsauken Flyers at Pennsauken Park. The final score was 8-2. Duclos, the winner, moves to 1-2. He threw 8 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 4 walks. The Fighting Dachsunds saw their win-loss record go to 42-35. At the same time, the Flyers fell to 29-48.
Ryan French went 1-3 for Ellenburg. The 24-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the top of the fifth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Seong-rae Park. It was his 38th RBI of the season.
