A nice crowd turned out to see the Brinkley Belugas and Pennsauken Flyers clash at Pennsauken Park.
Brinkley pitcher Oswaldo Mobray did his part in helping his team beat the Pennsauken Flyers, 7-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. In 7.1 innings, Mobray surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 3. He allowed 3 runs.
Early in the game, right fielder William O'Keefe had a 2-run double for Brinkley. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Belugas on top, 2-0.
"I made some pitches when I had to," said Mobray.
Brinkley, at 5-0, is off to a blistering start.
