Nees Stroo Out for Season Saturday, August 18th, 2029 A blow for Nees Stroo today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 9 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Stroo suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the San Antonio BC are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Stroo's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Stroo has a 5-1 season record so far. In 10 starts, he has fanned 55 batters in 57.1 innings with a 2.35 ERA. |
