"He's got a bunch of different arm angles and his ball was really moving," said San Antonio manager Jerry Moore, after the game. Sims whiffed 7 and walked 1 in the 1-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Sims said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
