Aranda Nabs SAA Outstanding Hitter Award Saturday, October 6th, 2029 Juan Aranda of the Minnesota Loons had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2029. The 23-year-old right fielder put up a .323 average and a .445 on-base percentage, piling up 85 hits, 13 doubles, 1 triple, 14 home runs, 58 RBIs and 57 runs scored. Armando Chamú of the Durham Rapiers finished second in voting, while José Mercado of the Minnesota Loons finished third. |
