Song-saeng Kim Out for Season Friday, August 17th, 2029 A blow for Song-saeng Kim today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 13-14 months with a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament. Kim suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Springfield Shooters are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Kim's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. To date this year Kim has won 3 and lost 4 with a 4.58 ERA, no saves and 28 strikeouts in no relief appearances. |
