Díaz Nabs 3AA Outstanding Hitter Award Monday, October 8th, 2029 Jorge Díaz of the Casper Ghosts had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2029. The 20-year-old center fielder put up a .288 average and a .361 on-base percentage, piling up 115 hits, 21 doubles, 3 triples, 36 home runs, 106 RBIs and 74 runs scored. Derek Bangert of the Casper Ghosts finished second in voting, while Claudio Tappen of the San Bernardino Grasshoppers finished third. |
