Descarte Nabs SAAA Weekly Award Monday, August 13th, 2029 Showander Descarte kept his eye on the ball last week and now all eyes are on him. The Vermont Lake Monsters second baseman easily swung his way to the USSL Triple A Player of the Week Award with 12 hits in 23 at-bats. Descarte hit .522 last week with no home runs, 3 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This year Descarte has hit at a .337 clip with 22 RBIs, no home runs and 21 runs scored. |
