García Wins PAAA Best Player Award Monday, August 6th, 2029 So far in his young career, Alfredo García has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Bakersfield Nobles right fielder hit at a torrid .588 clip as he collected 10 hits in 17 at-bats, no home runs, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year García has hit at a .341 clip with 24 RBIs, 3 home runs and 42 runs scored. |
