Sánchez Grabs PAAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Monday, October 8th, 2029 When the call went out to the Bakersfield bullpen in 2029, José Sánchez proved equal to the task. Whether he was brought in to squelch a rally or just finish the game, Sánchez gave his best at each opportunity. As a result, today the Nobles reliever was named the latest USPL Triple A Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. He made no relief appearances, logging 73.1 innings and no saves this season. He racked up 80 strikeouts, a 7-3 record and an ERA of 2.45. Jorge Castillo of the Bakersfield Nobles finished second in voting, while Jorge Cedeño of the Gryfindor Braves finished third. |
