3AAA Honors Sioux Falls Third Baseman Monday, August 6th, 2029 M3L Triple A pitchers will attest that it was tough to get Matt Sheppard of the Sioux Falls Red Pandas out last week. His all-around performance at the plate made him the league's most recent Player of the Week. The 32-year-old third baseman boasted a .583 average with 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Sheppard went 7-for-12 for the week. This year Sheppard has collected a .315 batting average to date with 53 hits in 168 at-bats, 24 RBIs, 5 home runs and scored 22 times. He has played in 48 games. |
