Janousek Nabs 3AAA Outstanding Hitter Award Sunday, October 7th, 2029 At the age of 25, Scott Janousek of the Hialeah Dodos could very well have his best years ahead of him. It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2029 was good enough to win the left fielder the M3L Triple A Outstanding Hitter Award. "See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach." The top hitter put up a .343 batting average this year, as well as a .441 on-base percentage. He played 87 games and racked up 118 hits, 18 doubles, 3 triples, 17 home runs, 78 RBIs and 72 runs scored. Eddie Ménard of the Bloomington Longnecks finished second in voting, while Alfonso Nazario of the Sunset District Fog finished third. |
