Season Over for Sinfronio Vitor in Phoenix Thursday, August 30th, 2029 Sinfronio Vitor has to call it a season. The Phoenix Hotspur U-21 center fielder sustained a season-ending injury against the Hammond Herons and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Vitor was injured while colliding with a player at a base. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn labrum and stated that he would not be able to play for 9 months. Vitor is hitting .247 so far this season with 23 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He has 80 hits including 6 home runs, 18 walks and .299 OBP. |
