Bulls, Barrier Blank Herons Monday, July 30th, 2029 The Mt. Vernon Bulls rolled to an easy 6-0 win over the Hammond Herons at The Heron Refuge today. Leading the way to victory was starter Joseph Barrier, who shackled the Hammond Herons and held them scoreless on a 6-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Barrier said in his postgame press conference.
