The 21-year-old Walla Walla Walleye center fielder nabbed USSL Single A Player of the Week honors today after beating up on opposing pitchers all last week. Jaeckel's hot streak featured 7 hits in 13 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs, 2 runs scored and a .538 average. Jaeckel is batting at a .266 pace this season, picking up 33 hits in 124 at-bats with 1 home run, 17 RBIs and 16 runs scored. |
